Project Summary
Papik’s Challenge is an academic and athletic program dedicated to empowering student-athletes to succeed in school and sports. The goal was to build a digital platform that supports the program’s expansion by providing resources for parents and coaches. Working alongside designer Kristina Gabrielyan, we developed a custom website that delivers a seamless user experience, automates operations, and supports future growth.

Papik’s Challenge is an academic and athletic program founded by Andy Torosyan to empower student-athletes to thrive in both school and sports.
We collaborated with designer Kristina Gabrielyan, who led the visual design and coordination. Together, we developed a custom website that introduces the program, facilitates form submissions, and sets the foundation for growth.
The site serves as a central hub for students, parents, and coaches — offering program details, submission tools, and easy access to resources.

The Challenge
The program had no digital home, making it difficult to scale or reach new communities. Our goal was to create a platform that clearly communicates the program’s purpose, supports submissions, and sets the stage for future growth — all while remaining user-friendly and compliant.
The Process
We worked from a design direction led by Kristina Gabrielyan and translated it into a responsive, multi-page website. The structure was built for clarity, ease of navigation, and long-term adaptability. We integrated Jotform for seamless submissions and added automations to streamline backend tasks. Compliance and SEO were prioritized from the start.
The Collaboration

The Outcome
The result is a sleek, investor-facing website that brings the Au Naturale concept to life before a single room is built. The platform has helped generate early buzz, align stakeholders, and lay the foundation for marketing campaigns. With a flexible structure, strong SEO, and immersive design, the website is ready to grow alongside the brand as the resort takes shape.
